Terms of service

Last updated 13 September 2026 · Nordaxiz Technology Limited

1. What Harbour is

Harbour is software. It connects to payment providers you already use, with your own keys, and shows, forecasts and reconciles your payments. Harbour is not a payment service provider, switch or wallet.

2. Your money

Harbour does not collect, hold, pool or settle funds. Every payment settles from your provider to your bank account under your agreement with that provider.

3. Your responsibilities

Keep your login, two-step device and provider keys safe. Give team roles to the right people. Keep your provider accounts in good standing.

4. Refunds and payment links

When you approve a refund or send a payment link, Harbour asks your provider to act on your behalf. The provider's own terms and fees apply.

5. Subscription

Harbour costs $120 a year per business account ($10 a month, billed annually), invoiced in advance once your first provider is connected, unless you have agreed custom terms with Nordaxiz. There are no transaction limits and no per-transaction fees. An unpaid invoice never stops your payments.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Harbour running at all times. If a provider's webhooks are delayed, Harbour polls the provider so your ledger stays right.

7. Ending the service

You can export your data and close your account at any time from Settings.
