Every payment. One view.

One ledger, one settlement calendar and one app for every payment provider you already use.

Live withPaystackFlutterwaveOPay Your keys, your bank accounts. Harbour never holds money.
₦0 held by Harbour. Every naira settles from your provider straight to your bank.
1 ledger for every provider, matched to your provider dashboards to the kobo.
15 min reconciliation sweep, so a missed webhook never leaves a gap in the feed.
0 fees per transaction. One subscription, on top of nothing.

Three dashboards, one spreadsheet, one tired accountant.

Paystack says one thing
Your Paystack dashboard shows today’s card payments. Your Flutterwave dashboard shows the transfers. Neither shows the whole business.
The spreadsheet says another
Someone exports both every Friday, pastes them together and hopes the totals meet. One wrong column and the month is out.
The bank says nothing
Money lands in Zenith with a reference nobody recognises. Was that Tuesday’s batch? Was it short? Nobody can say until month end.
Card payment at the counter
Every payment captured
Card, transfer or USSD, it lands in the feed the second it happens.
Orders packed for delivery
Get paid before you ship
Payment links your customers settle on WhatsApp, before the order leaves.
Tracking money on a dashboard
Track it to the bank, on time
The settlement calendar tells you what lands, where and when, to the naira.
The platform

Everything that happens after a customer pays, in one place.

Providers are good at taking a payment. Harbour runs everything around it: the record, the money’s journey to your bank, the failures, the refunds and the reporting, across every provider at once.

Unified transaction feed
Cards, transfers, USSD and wallet payments from every provider, normalised into one searchable list with the full timeline of each payment.
Settlement forecast and bank matching
What lands in which bank account, and when. Bank credits are matched to provider batches and shortfalls are explained the same morning.
Failed payment recovery
A failed charge becomes a fresh payment link by SMS or WhatsApp through your other provider, and you see what came home each month.
Payment links
Create a link on the web or the app, share it on WhatsApp and watch it settle in the feed.
Refunds with approval
Refund against any provider from one screen. Finance requests, the owner approves, everything is logged.
Reports and fee analysis
Daily, weekly and monthly summaries per provider and channel, plus exactly what each provider charged you.
Provider health
Live status of every connection and webhook, with an alert the moment a provider degrades.
Notifications and morning pulse
Push, email and SMS for big payments, failure spikes and settlements, and an 8am digest of yesterday.
Team roles and audit log
Owner, Finance and Staff roles, two-step sign-in, and a record of every sensitive action.
Mobile app
Today’s takings, settlements and refund approvals in your pocket. Android today, iOS next.
Harbour Connect for developers
One PHP interface for every provider: charge, verify, refund, listen for events. Routing uses your own keys.
Exports
CSV, Excel and PDF with your filters applied, ready for your accountant or your books.

The feed

Every provider, one list you can trust.

Paystack, Flutterwave and OPay payments arrive in one feed the second the webhook lands, named in plain language. Search it, filter it, export it. The ledger matches your providers to the naira.

Settlements

Know what lands in your bank, and when.

Harbour reads each provider's settlement schedule and turns it into a calendar for your bank accounts. When money lands, Harbour matches it to the batch. When it lands short, you know the same morning, not at month end.

Failed payment recovery

A failed payment is not a lost payment.

When a charge fails, Harbour offers a one tap resend, a fresh payment link sent to the customer by SMS or WhatsApp through your other provider. Every month you see exactly how much came home.

The app

Check Harbour before the bank app.

Today's takings at arm's length, a morning pulse at 8am, and refund approvals from anywhere. Android first, iOS next.

Who it serves

One set of numbers for everyone who touches the money.

For owners
Know today’s takings, what lands tomorrow and what failed, from your phone, before you open the bank app. Approve refunds from anywhere.
For finance teams
Stop stitching exports together. One ledger that already matches the providers, settlements matched to the bank, fees reported to the naira.
For developers
Integrate once, not once per provider. Signed webhooks, idempotent charges and a sandbox, documented so you never read provider docs again.
How it connects

Your keys. Your accounts. Your money never touches us.

1
Paste your keys
Add Paystack, Flutterwave and OPay with your own API keys. Harbour validates them and registers the webhooks for you.
2
Payments flow as before
Customers pay your providers exactly as they do today. Every naira settles from provider to your bank account, untouched.
3
Harbour keeps the ledger
Webhooks and reconciliation polls keep one normalised ledger that matches your providers to the naira.
Pricing

Priced by payments, never by money.

Plans grow with the number of successful payments you take in a year. No percentage, no per-transaction fee on top of your provider’s, and never a hard stop in a busy month. Prices in USD; invoices can be in naira.

For developers

Integrate in an afternoon, in your language.

Harbour Connect is one interface for every provider, in PHP, Node.js and Python: create a charge, verify it, refund, list the ledger and verify signed webhooks. No dependencies, no provider docs. WooCommerce stores install a plugin, mobile apps take payments without a secret key in the app, and on any other stack the OpenAPI spec generates a client in minutes.

Security

You trust us with your keys. We guard them like money.

Harbour only ever sees data, never money. The keys that unlock your provider accounts get the protection the money itself would.

Keys encrypted at rest
Provider secrets are encrypted before they are stored, never shown again and never returned by any endpoint.
Two-step sign-in
Owners and Finance confirm sign-in with an authenticator, SMS or email code.
Each business kept apart
Every query is scoped to one business, and tenant isolation is covered by automated tests.
Signed, replay-proof webhooks
Every provider event is signature-checked, stored raw and applied exactly once.
Full audit log
Key changes, refunds, approvals and support access are recorded with who, when and from where.
NDPA and your data
Built to the Nigeria Data Protection Act. Export or delete your data from Settings.
Nordaxiz, building for Nigerian businesses since 2019.

Questions owners ask us.

No, never. Every payment settles from your provider directly to your own bank account, exactly as it does today. Harbour reads the data and keeps the ledger; it cannot touch funds.
No. You connect the Paystack, Flutterwave and OPay accounts you already have, with your own keys.
Nothing changes. Paystack, Flutterwave and OPay charge what they charge today and Harbour adds no fee per transaction. The fee report shows what each provider charged, to the naira.
Your provider keys are encrypted before they are stored and are never shown again. Each business’s data is kept apart, every sensitive action is logged, and Harbour follows the NDPA. You can export or delete your data from Settings.
Yes. Invite them as Finance. They see the feed, settlements and reports, can export and request refunds, and only you approve refunds or change provider keys.
About ten minutes to paste your keys and watch the feed fill. If Nordaxiz is adding Harbour Connect to your website or app, allow an afternoon.
Paystack, Flutterwave and OPay are live today. The others shown above are on the roadmap: Nigerian providers first, then Stripe and PayPal for customers abroad. Tell us which one you need and it moves up the list.
By the number of successful payments in a year, never by how much money moves and never per transaction. Failed attempts and retries do not count. Go over your allowance and nothing stops: we tell you at 80% and talk about the right plan at renewal.

Bring every payment into one view.

Connect the providers you already use in about ten minutes. Nothing about how your customers pay, or how your money settles, changes.
